Who should I contact if I need help with SkillSelect?

In the first instance you should check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the SkillSelect Technical Support page.  These FAQs have lots of information relating to commonly experienced technical issues with SkillSelect.  If your question is not answered by the FAQs please use the SkillSelect Technical Support contact form located at www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil

If you require assistance with visa related information, please go to the FAQs section for the relevant subclass type (eg Points Tested visas, Employer Sponsored visas) first.  If you are unable to find the answer to your question, these FAQs also have a contact form that you can use to ask your question. 

Please note that call centre staff will not be able to assist with SkillSelect enquiries and can only provide information after a visa application has been lodged.
